UV-tube replacement

The UV tube is an essential component of the compact flame detectors of the IFx series. It is essential to replace individual components with original spare parts from BST Solutions, as otherwise safe operation cannot be guaranteed. Replacement may only be carried out by the manufacturer or a company authorised by the manufacturer.

Description

The measuring principle of the IFx compact flame detector series is based on a UV tube which is subject to a natural ageing process. In order to change the UV tube module of the compact flame of the IFC/IFR series, the steps described in points 3 and 4 must be followed.
